Mayowa Adeosun is the Founder and CEO of Assetrica, the governance infrastructure company for African real asset capital markets. Assetrica keeps the independent, immutable record that fund managers, trustees, independent project monitoring consultants, and developers work from on real asset mandates, so that capital is released against verified evidence rather than anyone's word. The company holds no capital, executes no trades, and makes no investment decisions. Mayowa's conviction comes from underwriting the problem first-hand. He began his career as a Currency Operations Supervisor (NYSC) at the Central Bank of Nigeria, followed by a role as Relationship Officer and Data Analyst at Stanbic IBTC. He then spent five years at Leadway Assurance as a credit risk underwriter on advance payment and performance bonds for construction contractors, assessing whether builders would deliver before capital moved. After a period as a Business Strategy Consultant at Accenture, he co-founded Sycamore Capital Group, an SEC-licensed fund manager and digital lending group, where he served as COO and CFO before stepping back in December 2025 to lead Assetrica full time; he retains a board seat. He is also Co-Founder of Bedrock Residences, a hospitality company. He holds an MBA from Lagos Business School and a BBA from Morehouse College. Sycamore is a disclosed related party of Assetrica.
